GCSE Full-Year Mastery Bootcamp — Refer a Friend: Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Ariston Education (“the Promoter”, “we”, “us”), contactable at info@ariston.education.
2. The Promotion
“Refer a Friend” is a two-part promotion open to families enrolled in the GCSE Full-Year Mastery Bootcamp (“the Programme”), running for the 2026–2027 academic year intake: a guaranteed discount for every referred family (Section 4), and a Top Referrer reward for the family who refers the most (Section 5). Neither part involves a prize draw, raffle, or any element of chance — both are decided by objective, verifiable criteria as set out below.
3. Eligibility
- A “successful referral” is a new family (“the Referred Family”) — not already an existing or prospective Ariston Education client at the time of referral — who enrols in the Programme for the full year, and confirms this happened as a direct result of being referred by an existing enrolled family (“the Referrer”).
- A referral only counts once the Referred Family’s place is enrolled and their first term’s payment has been received.
- Employees, contractors, and tutors of Ariston Education, and their immediate families, are not eligible to refer or be referred for the purposes of this promotion.
- There is no limit to how many different families one Referrer can refer. However, the same Referred Family (identified by their contact email) can count towards a Referrer’s total a maximum of twice, regardless of how many times a referral is submitted for them or how many children or subjects they enrol in. This mirrors the maximum of two children per family under our standard enrolment process.
4. Referred Family Discount (guaranteed)
- Every Referred Family receives 10% off their first term’s payment (i.e. 10% of £300, per subject enrolled) once their referral is confirmed under Section 3.
- This discount is guaranteed and automatic — it does not depend on the Referrer winning Top Referrer, and is not affected by how many other families have been referred.
- Applies per subject enrolment. A Referred Family enrolling a child in two subjects receives the discount on each subject’s first-term payment separately.
5. Top Referrer Reward
- The Referrer with the highest number of successful referrals (as defined in Section 3) between the Programme’s opening for enrolment and 22 June 2027 wins a 50% refund of the Programme fees they have personally paid over the year, up to a maximum of £450.
- Winner determination is based solely on the verified count of successful referrals held in Ariston Education’s records — it is not a draw, and involves no element of chance.
- In the event of a tie (two or more Referrers with the same number of successful referrals), the Referrer whose qualifying count was reached earliest is the winner.
- There is one Top Referrer reward available per academic year’s intake. The reward is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item, except at the Promoter’s discretion.
6. Timing and Announcement
- Referrals must be confirmed (enrolled and first payment received) by 11:59pm on 22 June 2027 to count toward the Top Referrer total.
- The Top Referrer will be announced on 23 June 2027 (Contingency day, the final day of the 2027 GCSE exam period) via a live Google Classroom session that all enrolled students are invited to join — exact time to be confirmed. This is an announcement of an already-determined result, not a live draw.
7. Winner Notification
The Top Referrer will be announced live on 23 June 2027 and contacted directly by email or phone within 5 working days to arrange the refund.
8. Data Protection
Personal information collected for this promotion (referrer and referred family names and contact details) will be used only to track referrals, apply the Section 4 discount, and determine and contact the Top Referrer, in line with our Privacy Policy, and will not be used for marketing purposes without separate consent.
9. General Conditions
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any referral it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, made in bad faith, or in breach of these terms — including referrals involving families who were already engaging with Ariston Education independently of the referral.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any stage if circumstances arise outside its control, without liability to entrants beyond returning any Programme fees already paid in the normal course of business.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
